One problem I have and which won't be resolved is the way their subdomains are set up, I can't have the same subdomain for more than one domain (ie I can have forum.waggishmab.org.uk but not forum.xinki.org.uk, and I can have blog.xinki.org.uk but not blog.waggishmab.org.uk) as the subdomain is set up to go to the directory name that matches the subdomain name, and this can't be changed. That problem sorted.
